Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Finance. She has over 10 years’ experience working as a stockbroker with Investment Management Companies in London and Perth.

She also holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture Degree with First Class Honours. She has spent over 13 years designing and delivering large scale commercial Architectural projects internationally and locally in Perth.

Anna’s combination of Finance and Architecture positions her perfectly to ensure a superior Real Estate service is offered and delivered by Ron Farris Real Estate.

Entering the commercial property industry some 30 years ago under the tutelage of his father Ron Farris and having held further property positions with CBRE in Sydney and Multiplex in Queensland, Paul has a strong in-depth knowledge in handling all types of property transactions.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Curtin University) attaining the award of Dux of his year, a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and an Advanced Certificate of Business specifically in Real Estate.

As an experienced negotiator, Paul’s client centric focus delivers outstanding outcomes for his clients and partners ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

He is excited to now manage Ron Farris Real Estate in conjunction with his sister Anna-Maree and take the business forward into the next generation.

She completed her CPA studies in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Money & Banking, from the University of Western Australia. Outside of work, Joanna enjoys walking outdoors, listening to music, and spending quality time with her children.

Judith has been involved in the Property industry for over 20 years. She has experience in Residential and Commercial Trust Accounting as well as Sales Administration and Strata Management. Away from the office, Judith loves gardening and spending time with her Grandchildren.

Jason has over 25 years of property industry experience in Commercial, Retail and Industrial Asset Management, in both Perth and London.

With this wealth of local and international experience, a proactive approach to Asset Management and a key focus on stakeholder relationship management, he provides effective property solutions for both his clients and tenants.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Property from Curtin University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

With over 25 years of experience across the retail, commercial, and industrial property sectors, Sam Birks is a highly respected property professional known for his practical approach, negotiation expertise, and ability to deliver outstanding results in complex real estate transactions. His career has been defined by a strong ability to balance financial performance with long-term growth, ensuring optimal property outcomes for landlords, tenants, and investors alike.

Sam has successfully led high-value leasing and development projects, negotiating major agreements that have shaped national portfolios for clients including ANZ and HBF. He played a key role in Australia Post’s strategic expansion, negotiating design-and-construct developments in both Western and South Australia for their parcel network.

Beyond his extensive technical expertise, Sam is recognised for his ability to build strong, long-term industry relationships and foster collaboration among stakeholders. He is a Licensed Real Estate agent and holds a Bachelor of Property Economics (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney. This, coupled with multiple industry certifications, underscores his commitment to excellence in the ever-evolving property sector.

Sherri is an experienced Senior Asset Manager with over 15 years in residential, commercial, and retail real estate. She holds an Open Real Estate License and a Bachelor of Business with an Executive MBA from RMIT.

Sherri’s background spans several industries — including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, recruitment, and business development with WASO — giving her a broad perspective and strong client relationship skills.

Before returning to Australia, Sherri served as President of the Australian and New Zealand Women’s Group in Thailand, a high-profile charity role that involved working closely with diplomats, dignitaries, and senior business leaders. This experience sharpened her leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills.

At Ron Farris Real Estate, Sherri manages high-value assets with a focus on transparency, preventative maintenance, tenant retention, and strong financial performance. She’s recognised for her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to long-term relationships with owners, tenants, and industry peers.
