GENERAL COMMENTS FURTHER INFORMATION:
- The Property is classified Possibly Contaminated investigation required
- The site was historically used as a landfill for approximately 5 years (2005 to 2010)
- A contamination assessment was carried out in 2011 to assess the sites suitability to change from general rural to commercial / industrial.
- The assessment showed there were signs of some heavy metals, pesticides plus some asbestos fibres and fragments.

The next phase of action required is:
Remediation of the asbestos in the soils plus further soil and groundwater investigations to adequately assess the nature of the soil and groundwater contamination of the site.
